Our fees vary by location and notary availability in your area. Please fill out an online request on our website, or call us.
Standard Mobile Service hours are: Mon—Fri 5:30pm—10:00pm
Emergency Service hours are: Saturday—Sunday.
Melgoza Notary To Go charges an additional travel fee per mileage to location in addition to the regulated fees per signature imposed by the State of Texas.
Saturday/Sunday: By appointment only. We offer written itemized invoices for services given if requested.

- Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal $4
- Each notice of protest $1
- Protesting in all other cases $4
- Certificate and seal to a protest $4
- Taking the acknowledgment or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal:
- (1) for the first signature $10
- (2) for each additional signature $1
- Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal $10
- All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for $10
- Copies of all records and papers in the Notary Public’s office, for each page $1
- Taking the depositions of witnesses, for each 100 words $1
- Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition $10
- All notarial acts not provided for $10

The state sets the notarization fee at $10. My mobile service fee is separate.

A NOTARY PUBLIC WHO CHARGES MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM SET OUT BELOW SUBJECTS THE NOTARY TO POSSIBLE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF THE NOTARY’S NOTARY PUBLIC COMMISSION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE’S OFFICE.
