1. Services
We provide notary, mobile notary, apostille facilitation, officiant services, and premarital counseling.
2. Fees
Notary fees follow the laws of Texas. Travel and service fees are separate.
3. Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled. Additional fees may apply for rush or after-hours services.
4. Identification
Valid government-issued ID is required.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your appointment and services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.
6. Refusal of Service
We may refuse service if legal requirements are not met.
7. Apostille Services
We assist with submissions to the Texas Secretary of State but do not control processing times.
8. Wedding Services
Clients must provide a valid marriage license prior to the ceremony.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for errors in client documents or third-party delays.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Texas.
